What we do

Technology is ever changing. Business information is driven by two types of data:

  • Structured Data (highly organized/readily searchable; e.g. names, addresses, account numbers, etc.)
  • Unstructured Data (point-in-time documents; e.g. bills, statements, email, presentations, multi-media files and many other kinds of business documentation)

We use proven business process evaluation methodologies to define, assess, improve and predict measurable business results. We can then select and implement the recommended process using the technology best suited to attain the predicted results.

How we do it

We utilize industry standard, proven methodologies to execute the projects entrusted to us by our customers. We follow a three (3) step project cycle:

  1. Business Case Development
  2. Pilot Project
  3. Implementation

Business Case Development
Using best-practices techniques, we evaluate the customers’ current processes, measure against bench marks, and model a future state with a targeted ROI.

Pilot Project
After the customer has evaluated the business case, we will do a pilot project to ensure that the assumptions made in the business were correct and that the expected results are attainable and sustainable within the customers’ environment.

Implementation will encompass the capital and operating costs of the proposed solution in conjunction with the customers’ business reality. We remain technology agnostic throughout this phase and make recommendations with the appropriate caveats for the lifecycle and eventual retirement or upgrade plan.
